PHC has been successful in creating opportunities for informatics pharmacists that assist with developing and redesigning the formulary. Many of these projects are within healthcare institutions that are in the process of updating or installing a new Pharmacy system. We have been able to increase clinical initiatives through working with clinicians in various departments to increase patient safety and education.
